We were in a bind! While on a visit to Miami to see elderly relatives last Saturday, a warning light went off on our 2015 Mazda 3. The message said we needed to get to a dealership immediately. I called the closest dealer and they wouldn't even see us until Monday. When I called Ocean Mazda and spoke to Jorge, he said he would check the error code and let me know if it was drivable. We headed up there and he was waiting for us. Fortunately, the issue was minor and he opened up the hood to fix the cause. What a relief! We were hundreds of miles away from home. That peace of mind meant everything and we were able to enjoy the rest of our quick visit with family. They didn't get any business from us on this visit but we left as extremely happy customers. I am so grateful!
