Great Car buy!
Pretty much went there for the test drive of the Mazda Cx-5, but after 3 test drives I pretty much sure I was going to go home with it. Manny took care of me like I said 3 test drives over 2 hrs of driving going back and forward to the mall to find the right color and trim. So yeah great service will be back in a couple of years go get my new Mazda.

I was attended to immediately and was told I would have to wait for my car to be serviced for about 3 hours. I wasn't expecting such a long wait since I had an appointment, but was given the option of having an Uber pick me up to take me to any designated location near the area and then pick me up from there as soon as my car service was complete.

Rosalyn is Amazing & your Closer. Any difficult task, she is your “Go to”. History 3yrs ago, 2018 went to Mazda to get a lease, Rosalyn came out of nowhere to help & close the Deal. Walked out with my car. Fast forward 2021, was contacted to bring in lease. When we went to finance, my hubby says “its the Closer.” She truly listens/cares about her customers. Ocean should keep their Gem, because any hard situation Rosalyn hands down can get it done. I know she can because i walked out again with another lease. I would follow Rosalyn anywhere she goes, just because when you have someone that good, you dont let it go. She’s a Keeper, she is your Closer, and She gets it DONE!

Excellent service.
Every time I have taken my car I have been treated in a courteous and friendly manner. The problems with the car have been explained (last time they even showed me a video so I could see the damage involving the brakes). The service team is very professional.

Unprofessional cashiers
The service advisor was friendly; however, the cashiers didn't seem to concerned with assisting the customer. They were more involved with social media on their cell phones. You might want to consider implementing a no cell phone use policy. Very unprofessional.

The Sales Rep Zebastyan was phenomenal . Very knowledgeable and helpful. Our experience in the finance department was completely different. Not positive at all. We were preapproved with capital one on our own. We were advised that you also work with capital one. However, when we visited the finance rep we were then advised that our loan could not be through capital one due to “internal problems”. Only after us almost walking away and not purchasing the car - we were finally advised the capital one would be possible. We find this incredibly unprofessional.

This is my second lease at OM, sales person Zevastyan is the best! I've leased at Gus Machado and Autonation Ford but OM is wayyyyy better. Nice people, fast and overall the best you can get at any dealer.

Great car at a good price
I went to Ocean Mazda knowing exactly the vehicle I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. I also did research on my trade. Ricky was very nice and super friendly even before he was assigned as our sales rep. When we did the test drive, he was very knowledgeable about the car and pointed out some interesting features. I always hate the negotiation process of actually closing the deal but Ricky handled it like a true professional and at no point did I feel pressured. At the end of the day, I bought the car I wanted at a good price and spent less than half a day at the dealership. I would recommend Ricky to anyone looking for a Mazda. Cyndi and Miguel de Leon were also a pleasure to deal with.

Do. Not. Hesitate!!!
I had been searching for a Rolls Royce Phantom and was lucky enough to find it through Ocean Mazda. The level of attention and service I received was absolutely superb. As an out of State buyer I had to put a lot of trust into the dealership and sales associate but I’m glad I did. Cyndi Dominguez was professional, available, patient and helpful. Everything is great shopping for a car at ocean Mazda UNTIL they sell you the car. After that you're on your own. Nelson was our salesman. Was very responsive until we came in and signed our paperwork. After that, I have not heard from him or ocean Mazda AT ALL. We did not receive our copy of the purchase agreement. I have tried calling Nelson and texting NUMEROUS times to get this info with ZERO response. After 4 weeks of trying I called Ocean Mazda directly and they tell me just to call the bank, they have a copy, ummm NO. Ocean Mazda sold me the car. We also have no idea where to get our new registration. Until this day we are clueless where to get it and no one there has a clue either. FRAUD! Never buy a vehicle from Ocean Auto Club. They engage in deceptive and fraudulent marketing of their vehicles. I was recently sold a car represented to have a matte grey paint job, it arrived to me and I found out it was wrapped, the car wasn't even grey. It had dents and scratches that we're all avoided in the photographs. Absolutely fraudulent representation of their vehicles.

When we first arrived at the dealer we were met by a sales rep named JP. Bigger then life personality promised us a cake and provided a slice so to speak. They repainted a bumper with what looked to be a spray can. A/c stopped working 3 days after taking delivery and that’s when the true colours showed. They offered zero help, they’ve lost life time customers. Thank but no thanks.
