Overall review 3 stars This Mazda Dealer is located conveniently close to Dolphin express and 836. Huge inventory readily available and pleasant sales experience for my new vehicle later January. Sales service (4 stars) However I have experience mediocre service for my vehicle needs and not satisfactory resolved, under my expectations. 1. I am experience issues with my brand new Mazda who is under performance MPG noticeable below the manufacturer specs and conservative driving habits , so after testing for a few months I called to request engine and system revision under manufacturer warranty since the car is gas expensive: CX-5 compared to my CR-V, and the resolution is unsuccessfully, after this request the dealer revised and determined the car was fine despite the indicators showing less MPG than manufacturer literature (under normal driving conditions) No further help was offered, so I felt left alone with my problem 2. For that appointment initially schedule for a Saturday and noted by service manager 3 weeks in advance, a few day later was changed to a weekday without option on a Saturday , forcing me to take time off work to take the vehicle to be inspected. (Again, not able to get the problem fixed ) 3. Calling to the number is imposible, no person was available to attend and the mailbox is full and unable to leave any message. I had a mission imposible to modify the appointments,, my last resource was to drive here and try to accommodate on my time by spending countless hours waiting for my car to be inspected again. (Previous time the service was incomplete due to a missing part) 4. After service on my car, the white leather interior was left with dark marks from the technician, not inspecting vehicle before turning to owner is terrible. And they do not offer car wash included with the service as other dealers do, and I am used to (this service cost here $70) Not compliment for your $40K purchase No good. Service & customer service department (2 stars) I truly hope someone from Ocean Mazda reads this review and consider this customer feedback to improve the service department and customer service They need there attentive and cordial staff, an effective communication to optimize post-sale service. We like to deal with a person not with the answering machine Please improve You have a beautiful location And sells quality product
