The Ocean Mazda in Doral is very nice. The staff is very friendly as well. I always see the advisor named Andrew, and he's awesome! He's very helpful and always goes out of his way to help me whenever my car has had some type of issue or recall. The waiting area is nice; there's a little cafe inside too (yummy). Also, not sure if anyone talks about this on here, but the bathroom was very clean! There was absolutely no mess anywhere, there was plenty of toilet paper and hand soap as well. The only reason I am giving it 4/5 stars is because of the wait time. It takes longer than one would imagine. But overall, the quality of Ocean Mazda is great and so is the staff.

Visited Ocean Mazda to get a minor recall repair on my CX-5 as well as look at the new vehicles. While waiting was greeted by Daniel in sales. Very helpful and cordial, unfortunately at 6-2 I don't fit in the new Miata, though I had plenty room in my 1997 Miata. The new Mazda 3 is also nice but still waiting on the MS3 turbo for consideration. Service was also great and my rear hatch struts were replaced in 40 minutes - WOW!! Most dealers are serious and stuffy but it wasn't like that and I will return if they make the MS3.
