On behalf of everyone at Ocean Automotive Group, our hearts go out to all of those impacted by COVID-19. Our concern, first and foremost is about the health and safety of our employees, customers and communities.
We have been closely monitoring the developments related to the COVID-19 Virus and at this time we are open for normal business hours.
But we want you to know that we are taking steps to accommodate the needs of our customers during these challenging times:
- Comprehensive Disinfecting Strategy for all of our facilities using CDC-recommended cleaning methods.
- Facetime and Video Walk Arounds and in-home or in-office deliveries if desired.
- We are offering the option of handling the entire vehicle purchase on the phone, by Facetime and through video if preferred
- Service Loaners available by appointment
- We will keep you informed about your vehicle along the way by video and text.
We recognize that this is a time of great uncertainty. While we don’t know exactly what the future holds, we believe that we will all emerge from this stronger by sticking together and supporting each other.
